What do you like about our services?

I love Park N Fly!!!! But YOUR MAP IS NOT GOOD!!!!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE include the baggage pickup area, and a path between Luggage Pickup #4 and #5 on your map!!!!!! I have flown out and into Atlanta airport for 30 years, and I usually take the shuttle from Athens. But we decided to drive this time. There are NOT ENOUGH SIGNS in the ATLANTA AIRPORT after all the construction!!!!
We could not even SEE THE DOWN ESCALATOR, because it's blocked by tall white construction panels!!!!!!!! Thus, we WALKED AROUND and AROUND for 35 minutes trying to follow your map. NOT GOOD!!!!!!!! VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING at the end of a long flight!!!
PLEASE REDO YOUR MAP TO INCLUDE THE PATH BETWEEN THE LUGGAGE PICKUP AREAS #4 and #5.

What do you like about our services?

Our driver, Scott, was our driver both ways. He is so kind and helpful. I really
appreciated his pleasant demeanor. His day must be repetitive with people coming and going. But for us, he is the person we see when we are rushing to the airport or finally getting home after a long plane ride, delayed flights, sore bodies, etc. Thank you for the awesome service!!
