Convenient. Great drivers.

Nice drivers!

Convenient and safe!

Driver both ways was great- bus was waiting for us when baggage arrived, price was great...will do again!

Close to airport. Reasonable rates. Friendly staff.

Friendly and Helpful people work at Park'N Fly.

Timely and very professional. The drivers are super helpful and kind.

There have been a few times when I’ve had to wait longer than expected but when looking at all of my experience with the company this is what stands out:

Staff is always efficient and friendly. Typically, I don’t have to wait long on either side of transportation to and from airport. I love the app!!!! One suggestion is to lose the paper card and have the ticket number from app be sufficient enough. Overall, I love this service and the employees. I travel often for work and it’s on less thing to be stressed over.

Prompt. Friendly. Website prepay options easy to use. Good communication via text with links to QR code for check in and out.

24hr and associates

Clean lot and quick pick up

Each time I use park and fly, the driver is extremely friendly and kind. The helpfulness and willingness to assist is admirable with how uncommon it has become in the world. Thank you

Using ParkNFly is very efficient way to park. It is easy to get in and out and we have never had
to wait for a Shuttle. It is also more reasonably priced to park for longer periods

Prompt shuttle service

Close to airport.
Reasonably priced.
Shuttles are always available and I don’t have to wait long.

Reliable!! Done with the sketchy hotels. Some days they have a shuttle some days no. Price is fairly close....i will use park n fly from now on. Also i like the text upon return.

easy to book, quick pick-up shuttle services

The proximity. Clean lot. Clean shuttles. Professional drivers.

I love Park n Fly! They have the best service and the best staff.

No hassles at all. Book on line, park, shuttle comes instantly, driver loads bags, unloads bags. Ladies at the entrance are awesome and super friendly. There is leeway regarding time due to late planes. Shuttles picks up at airport in minutes at a door close to baggage. Worth every penny.

Very fast and easy! Shuttle followed us to our parking spot, loaded luggage and we were at the airport 5 minutes later! Will definitely use again!

Valet Car ready to go when I arrive

Getting in and out of the lot was very easy, especially since we pre-paid on-line and made use of EZexit. Communication of QR codes etc. was good as well. Prices are pretty reasonable as well after using a discount code.
For the most part the staff was very nice except for one male driver when we got there on 3/6/23 was not personable at all and didn't ask to help with bags either. The lady driver on the way back on 3/10/23 was very nice and we gave her what would have been his tip plus additional tip for her as well. Very good overall experience though. Have always used Park 'N Fly any time we fly out of Cleveland.

Convenient, prompt, very easy to drop off and pick up my car.

We always use Park n Fly for our travels!! The gate tech and bus/van drivers are always extremely helpful and pleasant !!!!!

On time service.

Pretty quick pick up right at your car to get to the airport.
