Customer Testimonials

The free shuttle and friendly staff make it a good service.

Easy to book online, Easy to check in at lot

The customer service and promptness of the drivers. They were awesome. Thank you.

Loved the valet option! Car was all ready when I arrived

Easy drop off and pick up.

It was great, bus was right there to pick us up at the airport, driver was very friendly.

Easy to use

I normally don’t park at the airport because it’s usually more expensive than ubering but this parking deck is really affordable and worth it. I will be making the switch and parking here from now on. It’s incredibly close to the airport and the shuttle that you can take there is very convenient with very friendly people.

The quick shuttles. And our shuttle drive helped with our bags. Our driver home even walked them to our car.

Everything

Convenient/efficient and well worth the VALUE

The shuttles arrive regularly, I don't have to wait long.

Quick in and out when dropping car at Park N Fly and shuttle service to airport

The services were efficient and professional.

Fast, friendly. I felt that my car was safe in your facility.

On the downside, I reserved my spot for a period from 8:00 A.M. on a Saturday, through 8:00 P.M. the following Sunday. Because of unpredictable traffic, I arrived at 7:23 A.M. the stated Saturday. When I got back, I arrived at approximately 7:00 P.M. on the stated Sunday. the attendant charged me $9.00 for the early arrival with no credit for the early departure.

I'm somewhat miffed about that.

Been parking there for years always happy with service half hour wait 2:30 am all other shuttles picked up easy for park and fly to spot us

The friendly service from all staff members and the convenience of the location.

Pick up at car. Easy to get in and out of park dia.

Everything
Very easy
Great service

Pick up at your car

It’s the closest to the airport. The bus is always ready to pick you up at your parking spot. The pickup locations at the airport are clearly marked on the parking stub given you at the beginning of your journey. Upon your return, on your way back to your car the bus driver drops you off at your car! It really is a wonderful place to park!!!

Don’t forget to tip the drivers! They work hard to make your experience easier.

Fast service, secure parking & courteous drivers

Everybody that we interacted with from Park 'N Fly was EXCEPTIONAL! The customer service we encountered exceeded our expectations, which was such a gift, considering that great customer service seems non-existent in this day and age.

Ease of getting in and out of ramp with the shuttle. Covered parking was awesome after all the snow we got.

Ease of booking

Everyone is always friendly and on time.

Friendly drivers, friendly cashiers. Car is safe.

Your drivers are always friendly, helpful, prompt & courteous.

I never have to wait long for the shuttle to pick me up either at the lot or airport

Quick, courtesy, reasonably priced.
Almost always short pickup wait.
