Customer Testimonials

Friendly staff and my tire was extremely low on pressure and they helped me by getting a small portable tank and filling my tire so I could drive it around to fully inflate my tire.

Pickup this time was the fastest ever. Not sure if we got lucky or you hired more drivers.

Rinh was very friendly and very efficient, which was most appreciated. Thank you.

fast ease pickup drop off

Normally the parking is easy staff is helpful and it is an efficient system.
Additionally while I have used Park 'N fly in Cleveland for years and have occasionally done advance purchase of parking this was the first time I used the advance receipt to scan in and out of parking , great system made everything very easy

One issue was the attendant this time was pushing back against letting a family of 5 on board because she felt there was not enough room for their bags. There was enough room she was just not able and willing to lift, but the father did it himself. In 25F temperature to tell them to wait 10-15 minutes for the next bus was unacceptable. this is a one off experience but if it becomes the norm it is going to cause me to find another option

Amazing service! No waiting, quick and speedy service, great customer service!!! Will def use again :)

Reassuring and courteous service. They were very helpful in accommodations for extended stay, as our flights were canceled due to weather. We have been faithfully using their service for 4+ years and will continue our business with them.

Easy excess, drivers are very friendly and helpful.

Could not have gone any smoother. Picked us up at our parking spot within two minutes. When we got back from our trip, I called and they were at the airport within seven minutes to pick us up. I will definitely use the service again!
