Convenient, timely, affordable and friendly.

Fast, convenient and great service.

Great customer service with drivers and check out. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. So close to airport.

Didn’t have any problems with booking entering or exiting property, with bud or drivers well respectful and in helping with language .

Convenient in and out, great shuttle service, you guys help clean off the car if there's snow and also help with putting air in a flat tire

Most times it’s quick pick up and return
Once in a while you wait, but I like that lot is secure and safe.

Courteous staff timely operations

Safe, quick and reliable

Super fast and friendly service. The instructions were clear on how to park and get shuttle service and what to do when you return.

Customer service: Drivers are awesome. Safe & compassionate

The location and the friendly staff, that provided great services every time parked there.

The price when it's 50% off

When I arrived, early in the morning, the van was waiting right there for me. The driver was very helpful and friendly.
When I arrived after the trip, the driver was very prompt at the airport and again more than willing to go the extra mile to help. Very friendly experience.
It is an easy to get to facility! Don't have to drive in heavy traffic to get to it.
When I called because I thought I had lost my hat the person was kind to tell me that they would look for it on the ground where my car was parked and if someone turned it in it would be in the office when I returned from my trip. (That was a firm reassurance that people cared at Park and Fly.).
It was easy to register for a space on line. check out had me a bit confused but once I got my card in all went well.
Thank you for your superior service.

The staff are organized and the shuttles arrive in a timely manner.

All the employees are very nice! Another passenger cut me in line and was being rude and the employee made sure I felt safe and helped me with my bags. It made my whole day!

Convenient, easy to use , always available and on time

Easy, convenient, good prices

I like the convenience of being dropped off and picked up at the airport, while knowing that my vehicle is safe and secure in the Park N Fly lot.

Convenient and prompt service…

Convenient, easy parking. Very little waiting for shuttles.

I like being picked up and given a ticket so I don't have to remember where I parked after 6 or 7 days.

My travel back was extremely long as the plane was delayed several times and we had to move to several gates.

The driver was there to pick us up even though we were late.

Even though we had several inches of snow on our car, the carwash helped to remove the snow.

Upon leaving, the attendant gave us a bottle of water. We were very thirsty and it was a nice welcome to come home to.

As in the past, I will continue to use Park 'N Fly on my next adventure.

Everything!!! The friendly staff when I pulled in, the shuttle drivers & the staff pulli out. I was so nervous & everyone & everything put me at ease.

Proximity to the airport, covered self parking, ease of making on reservation. Worked well for us on a 28 day trip recently. Cost was less than hiring a door to door driver.

Mostly, the responsive service. Both leaving my car there & getting a shuttle on my return we're both instant, almost no waiting at all

We primarily use the facility at Midway Airport. After you enter the lot, the shuttle arrives immediately. The driver moves your luggage from your car and loads it on the shuttle. The drivers are always courteous and helpful and drop you close to the door. When it comes time for pickup, the new app works very well. We just opened the app and pressed the button "come get us". The pick up area is in a very quiet parking are near the baggage claim and the driver again loads your luggage and takes you to your car. We certainly will continue to use Park and Fly, as do many friends and family.

Love the valet parking. Once we arrive all done. And coming home we know car runs. Also love the help w bags. I tip each person
