Staff was helpful! Felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in the gated lot. Shuttle service came over to pick us up at our vehicle as we were unloading. Our flight was very early, 6:30 am and with the location of the lot being so close we had no problem being at the airport in a timely manner.

One suggestion—- the receipts when you reserve in advance are awkward for expense reports. Would be helpful to have a receipt that says time in, time out, & amount paid.

Upon arrival to parking garage we were greeted immediately. Helped with our luggage. On arrival on the return flight, the shuttle was there in about 10 minutes. We were assisted with our luggage on the shuttle. Getting off the shuttle our car was waiting and the luggage placed in the car. Thank you.
