Simple and easy service. We had a good experience this most recent visit. The only downside was people were walking from their cars and waiting at the end of the isle at 4:30 am. The van was loaded with people. Clearly these folks did not know what the process was, however, there needed to be more van drivers at that time of day. Saturday and Sunday early departures are common for cruises, vacations, etc. I think people were afraid they would not get on the van. This lead to chaos because people did not know where they parked and did not have slips for arrival back at airport.

If you take one week trip is better to have you car close to the airport. Is cheaper that pay for uber

I’ve been using you guys for the last 10 years or so. I’m very pleased. The prices are great. In the winter time, the snow has been cleaned around my vehicle, when I’ve gotten back from trips. I’ve never had to wait long at Midway after texting I’ve landed.

Easy to use. Purchased parking ahead of time on website with discount code. Enclosed parking worked very well. Shuttle to/from airport terminal to/from parking location also worked well. Easy checkout when leaving.
