It was my first time booking a reservation. I wasn't sure how to navigate scanning on entry. An attendant was nearby and saw that I was perplexed and thoughtfully walked over and asked if I needed assistance. He showed me how to do it with a smile! The same thing happened upon my exit another courteous attendant was there to help me navigate my exit. I so appreciate being assisted. Your drivers are great hosts as well!
Always helpful with my luggage and a welcome home smile!

All in all, this last experience went fairly well. We had a longer than usual wait at the airport on Sunday evening (3/19/2023), which required some passengers to remain because the bus was full.

I came back at two o’clock in the morning and only had to wait about 15 minutes for a shuttle bus. The good news is there was a heated outdoor space to sit in while I waited

The lot is close and convenient. Fast pickup in both directions. Easy in & out to the airport from the van, and to the parking lot from the highway. An added bonus are the very friendly drivers!
