Fast friendly shuttles to and from Midway. Great low cost. So convenient and easy to book ahead. In and out of the lot with the QR code was great. No wait on the way out, 5 minutes max on the way in. Will definitely use again!

The online reserving process is easy. Picking up my car was easy. But by far, the service in between was outstanding. We showed up with a flat tire and in a hurry to catch an international flight. The person taking in our car said "OK, I'll park the car right here" and left it closest to the entrance, backed in (so that our flat tire was easy to access). Then Bonnie later went way above and beyond for us, going out to our car, taking photos of the tire and the tire information in the door and texting them to us, so that we could make arrangements with BMW of San Francisco to come out and change our tires. When we arrived, Bonnie let the tire person come in, change our tires, and we all left happy. What could have been a major issue after coming back exhausted from an overseas vacation turnout out to be so smooth. We are so very appreciative!

There was no wait time. I parked my car and got right on the shuttle to the airport. When it was time to get picked up, I texted them and they came in less than 10 min. Drivers and staff very friendly. This was my second time using Park and Fly. I would use them again.

I like the promptness and convenience but I want to bring to your attention that the driver that picked me up yesterday 3/20/23 was very terrible as he was finding it difficult to help me with my luggage as he just sat in his seat while I was struggling to get my luggage to my car. The driver that dropped me at the airport on Friday was very great and helped me get my luggage in and out of the bus. I hope to come across somebody like him in the future. Thanks
