The service has improved. I always park in covered parking. In the past, there could be times where I had to wait at least 15 minutes for a van to pick me up. Same issue at the airport. Now the vans are better servicing the customers.

I used your app to request the shuttle at Terminal 2. After waiting 20 minutes I placed a call to be picked up. A shuttle came in 10 minutes. While driving home about 50 minutes after I requested the shuttle using your app I received a text asking which terminal I needed to be picked up at. This is the second time I used your app without success. Your drivers and cashiers are always kind just your app needs some work.

Easy in, easy out. You bus showed up fast on airport pickup. Dropped of at my car in covered parking after the Valet customers.

It was easy to drop off and arrive. Didn’t like the needing the voucher picking up the car after being away a looking for the voucher I found what they wanted last minute in the bottom of my bag they didn’t say anything about needing when coming back. I already paid to have my car there why did I need it when I got back?!

Everything was perfect. Last trip they were booked and I had to use another company. what a difference. Now I make sure I book them as soon as I book my flight. Because I am a senior I had a problem checking out with the code but an attendant helped me. Also when I was picked up the driver could not have been nicer. He was hispanic and could not have been more helpful. I wish I could remember his name but we used them on Thursday around 5 PM.
