What do you like about our services?

Everything. I can always call and make my appointment. I don’t have to do it online. I like being able to make a phone call and get assistance with reservations. From a live agent.

I like that your shuttle drivers assist with luggage.

The shuttle drivers that I have had are always very helpful. Courteous. Kind.

I know that my car will be safe and secure in the lot.

The people who checked me in and checked me out at the site, are always helpful also. I don’t understand how to use that machine where you scan things. The person inside the booth helps me.

What do you like about our services?

Super convenient, super friendly, and the best part affordable. The driver went above and beyond to return my daughters back pack after she left it on the bus. The check out staff gave us water seeing how tired we were. They were a breathe of fresh air after a long journey! Highly recommend!!!

What do you like about our services?

I was worried because it was our first time to use park n fly. I usually take BART, but since I was bring my daughter and her family, it was cheaper to use park n fly. Pick up and drop off right infront of your car. Fortunately, no long wait for us. Everything went smoothly on this trip. Park n fly would message me the day before we flew with a QR and the day before we arrived. It was easy to use. I will definitely use them again next time I go on family trips.
