Customer Testimonials
Great experience
Respectful and efficient staff! I was a bit taken aback when I arrived in March 2023. The office/lobby area was closed, leaving me rather confused. However, I was immediately greeted by helpful staff, and was on a shuttle within minutes. Pickup from BDL was just as swift.
I do think that you need more lighting and better signage if you have no plans to reopen the building to travelers.
Serv8ce was courteous and quick! And I was able to leave my car in a secure location without worrying about its security. It made for a mire relaxing trip.
The gentleman that picked me up at the lot was extremely friendly and helpful and is real differentiator for PNF compared to their competitors.
Convenience, service, promptness
Fast and convenient services to and from the airport. Reliable shuttles. Fair prices.
Parking options were great and priced well. People working at the lot were friendly and helpful.

Friendly workers and safe lot!
Best airport parking experience I’ve had in the Bay Area. Being picked up at my car and dropped off at the airport (no trudging to smelly waiting room) can’t be beat.
Quick and I like lots of shuttle’s running
Very convenient and great price.
Shuttle service timely, drivers very helpful, convenient to airport, pre pay system efficient.
The employees are all so friendly and provide excellent service! Thank you!!
The location of Park 'N Fly Midway was very easy to get to. Gate attendant was very friendly upon arrival and departure. Shuttle was super prompt and drivers were friendly as well. Price of parking was very reasonable. You cannot beat the convenience and outstanding service of this Park 'N Fly!
I feel safe parking there, they are always waiting for me when I come out, very helpful drivers.
No hassle entrance and exit
Valet Parking. Shuttle usually there when I arrive.
One issue I just found out is you don’t supply International Terminal drop off and picks up’s now. Very disappointing and inconvenient.
Professional staff, short wait times and ease of making reservations.
Great pickup and drop off experience. A little concerned the lot had signs that they were full but the attendant quickly let me in once she saw the reservation. Also had an issue using the app to leave as my current reservation didn’t show and the attendant had to look me up to let me exit.
Everyone was so happy, kind and helpful!!!
Everyone was a 10 in our book!!
Thank you so much!!
It’s convenient and affordable
Fast pickup and delivery on both ends of our journey. Seamless and quick is what one needs when trying to get to/from the airport. Thank you.
The process was very efficient and the instructions were clear. The wait time to be picked up at tge airport and transported to my car was only a few minutes which was wonderful after a long flight.
Friendly drivers
