What we enjoyed about using Park "N Fly was the ease of self-park and the price. The shuttle was convenient, and the drivers were helpful with loading and unloading our luggage. Our driver last night was named Charles and he was courteous and friendly. We were the only self-parked customers on the shuttle, and he explained to us that he would take us to our car after dropping off the valet customers. He took us right to our car and unloaded our luggage. It was nice to receive such great service after a long flight. This was our first-time using P 'N F and we will be using it again for sure. Thank you, Charles, for making the end of our vacation so easy.
Spots are always available and at a reasonable price. The shuttles runs on a regular schedule and the drivers do there best to help you with your luggage.

I like several things from Park N Fly - Miami - Keeping my car under a safe roof was a plus. The shuttle service picked us up after arrival to return to our car. The text message with clear instructions to text back of arrival with the ticket number. The great customer service from employees at the parking lot and the drivers of the shuttles.
