Instructions were clear, timing went as hoped, people were helpful and friendly.

The driver brought us back to the lot at 12:30am after a long, arduous travel day back from Brazil. He was very prompt, courteous and parked the van close to where our car was parked. He then gently carried our luggage and helped pack the car for our 2 hour trip back home to Maryland. It was a gracious gesture after a very long day.

There was enough space to make a reservation, the price was reasonable, and the shuttle transportation to and from the airport was convenient. (Great pickup location from the airport to go back to the remote parking location!)

It's easy to make a reservation, parking, and take the shuttle to the Airport. Getting back home, I never know if the text message is working and I usually call since there is no text back confirming the pick up shuttle is coming. But overall it's work really great. Please let me know if the Fort Lauderdale facility will reopen

We enjoyed a truly exceptional customer experience! We were greeted warmly and professionally by both our driver and the front desk agents. Patrick F, our driver was incredibly friendly and engaging. He remembered us from previous trips, which always personalizes the experience for us. He gathered our belongings and delivered them and us in style to our check-in point. They have a really welcoming vibe there, and you are not treated like a random customer number. We had to modify our stay a few times due to inclement weather and return flights home, and they never stopped communication with us. It was reassuring to know that our vehicle was in exceptional care and not just parked and forgotten. We have been doing business with Park 'n Fly for 4+ years and are for sure clients for many more years to come. Thank you all for being a solid for us while traveling!
