It is just so easy. I can pay ahead of time, and just scan my QR code to get in and out.
This was the first time I used park and fly. I typically stay at hotel and use their shuttle and parking program. Hands down park and fly was so much more convenient. No wait times and courteous and helpful drivers. Thank you.
I must say that I couldn't stand the lady that used to work there at night (heavy-set, dark hair) who made it her job to be unpleasant and I know a couple of other travelers I know felt the same and I stopped parking with ParkNFly. My husband suggested we try you again and EVERYONE was nice - the shuttle driver both ways, and the lady who checked us out when we left and offered us water. We are so happy we tried you again!
Very good, dependable service at a reasonable price. I’ve been using this service for over 30 years.
Fast, friendly service
Our car battery was dead when we got back to our car and within 15 minutes they gave us a jump and had us on our way. Great customer service.
Fast and easy reservations. Fast drop off and pickup.
Shuttles are very efficient and I have never waited in the parking lot to board.
Quick and easy
Courteous & timely service. Love the new text messages.
Drive up right to the car and the luggage for you!
Efficient. Frequent shuttles, friendly drivers. Not too far from the airport.
Top security and the shuttles were quick, no waiting!
Easy, fast and great service!
The shuttle drivers were excellent. They were able to get me from the parking lot to the airport, and vice-versa, incredibly fast while still insuring maximum comfort for me and my fellow passengers. It was clear that they were professionals who have been driving for a very long time. They were also very polite. I would recommend park n fly to all my friends who travel. I was worried before that there may be a hassle with parking at the airport but this experience completely debunked any doubt in my head about it. Thank you for an astonishingly swift, comfortable, and affordable experience.
Very prompt picking us up and taking us back.
The whole experience was super easy. The shuttle arrived to our parking spot moments after we got there. We received a ticket with our parking number. The shuttle was waiting outside the airport pick up right as we walked out. They dropped us off at our parking spot. All of the drivers were very pleasant. Great experience!
Everything went great. Shuttles were there on time and everything was very easy.
Convenient and I love being picked up and returned to my vehicle
