We love parking with you. I do not have a single complaint about the lot or your employees. I am currently frustrated with your iPhone app and website. I have not been able to log into the website for almost two weeks. After many tries, I can get into the website. It also took me three tries via the browser on my phone while at baggage claim so that we could get out of the lot. Without a reliable working app or website, I cannot use your service. I want to use your service but if I cannot pull up my information to get in and out of the lot, I cannot reliably use your lot.
Before you write me off as a less than savvy internet/iphone user, please know that multiple phones and computers have been used. They were rebooted. Apps were deleted and reinstalled. Passwords changed. Cookies deleted.

I used to like PNF more prior to the pandemic but because of staff issues, the service isn't quite as quick, however, I assume that is industry wide. Additionally, the fees keep going up but that's likely not your fault. Overall, service is great and drivers are very friendly. I always recommend this place at Cleveland Hopkins.
The one thing I will say is that your website and app are very buggy. When trying to book on either it takes me several attempts to get the reservation to go through. Especially with my coporate discount. I have to try several times to make it work. When I get a quote and then 'make reservation' it removes my corporate discount. I have to try again (and sometimes 3rd and 4th time). Someone should look into this.

The drop off process is quick and easy, there is never a wait for the shuttle to the airport, and upon return my car is ready ad warmed up.
On my most recent trip, I received a call that my car needed a jump to get it started; I really appreciated that I was called to let me know, to ask my permission, and that it was handled as no big deal or added cost.
