What do you like about our services?

Proximity is pretty good. The van drivers are excellent! Always help with bags even without being asked. I like the text response so that all I have to do is click reply to let you know I'm at the airport and which terminal letter. On this last trip it seemed to take a longer time than usual for the shuttle to arrive at the terminal on the return trip, but sometimes it's just luck of the draw. I also really liked the valet service which I tried for the first time this last trip and will use again.
