Easy, inexpensive and convenient.
Great location and solid price
Every driver is kind and courteous.
Great service from start to finish. Upon arriving, somebody explained where to park, which was very helpful. Both bus drivers were very helpful and courteous. The lot is a short drive to the airport. Will definitely park here again.
Great location for easy access heading north. Love that my car-is waiting and warm!
Prompt and fast service. Clean shuttle. Friendly staff.
I LOVE Park ‘n Fly services. Customer service is excellent. We never have any trouble and it’s nice to get dropped off and picked up at your car.
Ease to get in and out. Response to pick up. Courtesy of drivers and staff.
Like: I’m familiar. Relatively convenient. Drop off at car, no need to hunt for space.
Not so much: wide variability in level of service. Some drivers sit in bus while we board or disembark. Others get out and help with bags. Driver last night got our bags out and got back in bus. Did not help us get them in trunk of SUV. My 84 year old friend’s roller bag took off down the parking lot. Fortunately, she caught it. Driver did stop to watch that we got the bag. It would have been appreciated if he put it in the car. We were the last drop with no others in the bus.
It was so easy!
Friendly, fast, reliable
Rinh picked us up at the airport and was a huge help with our bags. Efficient and personable.
Thanks!

the drivers are always right there when we arrive. It is an economical, quick & safe place to leave our car when we are flying out of town.
The drivers take care of our luggage and are very helpful.
Always there to pick us up as soon as we arrive to and from the airport.
No hassle, worry free parking, price is reasonable, no worry of car theft or break in…
