Easy and convenient

Park n Fly Oakland provides excellent, fast and friendly service.
Upon checking out, I was asked if I wanted a water for the road! I was also asked if I wanted the water chilled or room temp! I can't tell you how excited I was becuase lately the my flights on Southwest have been cancelling the refreshments service due to the bad weather which causes turbulence. I was so thirsty and Park n Fly saved me!

The service was great highly recommended .Once we got there the shuttle bus was waiting helped with the luggage, took us to the air port when we came back the say older man was ther already waiting on us Thanks Park n Fly.

From where I live Park N Fly is convenient. The folks who work there are always friendly efficient, and helpful.

On my last two visits this year we were picked up by Patrick who did a great, job.

I do have one complaint.
I am a member of your frequent parking program however my parking history does not show up on my account. I parked for 29 days from February 16 to March 16 and just parked for another 8 days from March 22 to 29.
I also will be parking for another 13 days starting on April 5th.
I have been told that AAA coupons do not count toward bonus days but the certainly should count toward parking status.

Easy to access and make reservation online. Very easy to get in and out of the lot to and from airport. Staff is always positive and helpful. Never had to wait long to be taken to airport or picked up

Much better than last time. Pick up in ramp could be quicker, and it would have been nice to be dropped at car in ramp on our return before we drove around the lot to drop off those customers first.

The drivers are always friendly and helpful.

Friendly personnel namely Hendricka “Ricka.” There was an online coupon that ended March 31. At the conclusion of my parking stay, I asked if I could please use this coupon and I was told no. So for me, the online program was rather difficult to navigate. I was not able to use the special promotion for the March 31 discount.

We liked that it can be covered or uncovered parking. It is close to airport and shuttles are regular about picking us up in lot and getting to airport in good time. This time even pick up from airport was very fast.

The drivers are always friendly and are prompt to pick me up and drop off. The lots area clean and there is always parking available for quick and easy access.
