It was easy to sign up for the service. The shuttle service from the parking lot to the airport and back was very efficient. And the text messages from Park ‘N Fly were very helpful. I will be using Park ‘N Fly again.

The staff is very friendly and attentive! I just wish you had a bigger lot as it has been getting filled up lately.

I have found the service a good value especially for long term parking. Shuttle operators have always been helpful to answer questions and give a hand when needed. One sub zero return they even waited for the car to get started before moving on.

I would suggest a clarification using the "silver" ramp as the pick up within your welcome message. My reply of "terminal 1" to the automated notification system led me to ask a terminal 1 employee directions to "shuttle pick up" thinking you had a pick up at both terminal locations. They directed me to the "brown" hotel shuttle area where I asked a competitor service where you were by brand name.

Although I had remembered riding the tram, the terminal 1 or terminal2 reply to the welcome message set up the situation. Including a reference to "silver at T2’ in the welcome back message could have aided this infrequent travelers confusion. My previous flights have been to T2 which was more convenient.

The current family joke now is" Dad ask directions and it bit him."

It’s easy to use and the shuttles run frequently. We always have quick, friendly service.

Easy steps to follow on entering ramp. Prompt arrival and help getting luggage on and off shuttle bus. Ease of getting back to vehicle once returned. Will use park n fly in the future.
