Easy and convenient

It is so nice to park my car in a covered safe place, hop on the bus and be dropped off at the airport. When returning, the bus was there within a few minutes and takes me directly to my car. Very convenient!

Outstanding service. Coming in we were greeted nicely. The driver was very helpful and actually picked up our luggage. Coming home the driver again was helpful and it was raining and put our luggage in the car for us.

I appreciated having a shuttle available as we pulled into our row to park. On our return a shuttle was at the pickup island, which was a relief after a long day and flight late at night (11:30pm). Shuttle drivers were very courteous and helpful with luggage.

Being older I liked to go to baggage claim and pick up the phone proved by the company to speak to a person and request my car. I am not computer savvy, and don’t like having to use one. My friends also feel the same.
