Got stuck in Dominican Republic due to weather and called PNF to make sure all was ok. The person I spoke with was incredibly helpful and helped see the positive in the situation. Didn’t catch her name but represented your company well, which is much better I can say for some of the other companies I had to call. We always park there when we fly out of Midway Chicago. They picked us up from our row and took us directly to our airline. There was an accident blocking the entrance, the driver found another entrance to get us to the airport on time.
How easy it is to park and get picked up to go to the airport. I was not happy how long it took to get a shuttle after midnight though, and I didn’t know I had to exit through the covered parking ramp I never came hoe that late to deal with that.

I loved that I could reserve my spot online and when I needed to be picked up from the airport, I was able to send a text and the shuttle was there in a few minutes. So easy and convenient.
