The only comment I have is you know what flights we are on and that we were the last flight of the evening (morning at 1:30am). Seems like you could have had the shuttle van waiting at the pickup point. Some of the other parking shuttles had their vans waiting. We had to wait for you to come from the off-airport location.
Getting a parking spot and transport to airport were prompt. Employees were friendly and helpful.
