It was quick and efficient service. Although when checking out our bar code didn't work and the gal working there yelled at us and got very animated and mean. I had to tell her to speak slower and not yell. We finally got it to work and left. She didn't need to treat us that way. Watch the video if you have it!

In the future, please update your text message to guide us to the correct location at MSP. The text told us to go to the “Silver Ramp”, but signs at MSP not marked this way. Please use different instructions besides “Silver Ramp”.

We were running late the day of departure, but that was no problem. We had pre registered, zipped right in to a parking space. Shuttle driver was right behind us. Loaded up, loaded up a couple of other customers. Then made it safely to our gate. Then on our return the shuttle driver picked us up just as we exited the terminal and took us and one more customer to our car. Thanks for the quick and efficient service. Will definitely use your service next time we fly.

The driver meets you at the entrance and shows you where to park. The drivers are always nice and load the bags both when leaving and returning from trips. It’s quick, convenient and the service has been outstanding!
