We have had good experiences parking in your lot.
When will it be easier to exit??
There is no good way finding to leave the lot- as the booths are not open and you need to find your way through the covered deck. It is always confusing to leave

Parking was easy to find due to the signs directing to the available parking, the drivers were helpful and courteous, and getting to the airport and back to my vehicle was fast and safe.
Richard was there to pick us up within just a few minutes. He was helpful, courteous and answered my questions in a way I could understand.
I also loved Nancy’s positive attitude and noticed she went above and beyond to straighten out a problem we had with our vehicle.

The driver that picked us up prior to our flight asked us if we were on time or in a hurry. Since our flight got changed we were in a BIG hurry. He called in and reported a code and took off quickly. We were on time!!
The driver that picked us up from the return flight after midnight was just as freindly and courteous. The lady working the gate both times had a smile as well and it was appreciated!
