I always use you guys whenever I travel. The property is safe, close to the airport and the drivers are always very nice! I only get covered when I think weather is going to be bad. I got my car detailed the day I parked in covered parking this time and got back and it looked like it was rained on. I was under the assumption that covered also protected from rain. I guess I was wrong. I will just be doing open parking from now on... Every time I have parked there, a van literally follows me around until I park and I barely have enough time to get my luggage out. This time I had to call the offices to get someone to pick me up from my parking space and unfortunately, the lady on the phone and intercom wasn't very professional. The unprofessional comments and tone of voice, kind of makes me wonder about the business. This last time, the driver was awesome, but calling in and having her voice over the van's radio just seemed like a low class operation. Sorry, I guess I was just expecting the professionalism it has always been with Park 'n Fly and this wasn't it.
