Easy to enter and exit. Shuttle is quick to take us to the airport and very responsive when we called to say we arrived back. The exit process for pretty good. The exit on the right didn't work so we had to call for help. Someone arrive quickly, moved us to the left and it worked fine. Easy to exit. I feel my car is safe there. We did self park.
