After years of rushing, traffic, frustration on finding ANY parking spot, cold, weather, hot weather, rainy weather and nearly missing my flight, I now have the luxury of covered parking, pick-up and drop-off at my car and terminal plus a stress-free ride to and from the terminal. Who wouldn't want this service!!!

Daily price and service are very good. Especially now with CLE on airport grounds parking being being limited due to construction.
Not your fault, but please urge Cleveland Airport to upgrade the shuttle drop off/pick up area. Having to wait and walk outside from the shuttle stop to the terminal is terrible. Especially in the winter and when raining.
