I have used the Park N Fly for years, but only recently became a register member and using the reservation system. I also want to state that I did not pay for my reservation, as I work for an affiliated company.
As such, the services are great for the most part. Training and ongoing audits of the drivers would be suggested. I am sure it is done to some degree. During this trip, upon our return we were missed by a confirmed pickup request, the driver stopped at the wrong location at the terminal, we watched him stop and open his doors, then waived as he drove past us. I called and spoke with Dispatch, who promptly sent Brian to get pick us up and take us directly to our vehicle.
About every other trip we take we have a similar experience. (we travel infrequently about 2-3x per year) Now that I am registered, I will try to offer feed back as often as I can. I know it helps with that auditing.
Please know, that though I have never had to pay to park, or use the service, I would do so without question. I have recommended the service often as well. We have never had a truly bad experience, and though some drivers help with luggage and some do not, I always tip those who do. We certainly appreciate the great service when received...

Love the service, been using for years. Very prompt and professional, one time we came back from a cruise and our vehicle wouldn't start, the gentleman jumped the vehicle without charging us extra, and even gave us 2 bottles of water for the ride home.
