Quick pickups in garage and also at airport back to park n fly.
Entry person told us where we could find a space. Bus driver gave us a card telling us where our space was. Bus was right there when we parked.
Bus came rapidly when we were ready to pick up our car and took us directly to our car.
Only suggestion is to give a bit more detailed instructions about finding the bus pickup at the airport. This would be useful to people not familiar with the Cleveland airport.
All in all, excellent service, better than I would have expected.

Quick and friendly drivers
Flagged driver down at entrance to self park. In a panic as I got lost in St. Paul. Immediately picked .me up. Got me to terminal as plane was boarding. Gave instructions to just push my my way thru luggage check. It worked. Kinda delayed in pickup upon my return tho.
The shuttle was very quick and the attendants were very friendly and helpful.
