Service was spectacular! The only recommendation I would make would be to imagine everyone is unfamiliar with the airport. The gentleman who dropped me off pointed to the blue waiting area for app rides. He didn't tell me buses are inside the parking structure. I waited and waited for the bus there. Luckily, I decided to look behind me as I had taken Groome before and that's where it had parked. I managed to wave down the driver just as he closed the door after waiting for me.
I would suggest an approved script for drivers to say after doing research and even reenacting how to describe the pickup area for your clients.
