We misplaced our ticket during our travels, so we were not able to take the shuttle back to get our car. Even though it was our fault, it was a little frustrating that we could not use our email confirmation or anything else to get on the shuttle; it was ticket or no ride. I understand the policy, but a little leeway would’ve been appreciated when a phone call could’ve resolved the issue instantaneously.
But overall, great service and you can’t beat the rates. Would recommend to a friend.

Super friendly employees! Very helpful. I do not know his name, the gentlemen at valet that scammed our code came over to us quickly and was very pleasant! The shuttle driver, Nigel was extremely helpful! We had several bags, a few very heavy and a stroller, car seat etc. He was patient with us and our toddler! He reminded everyone to take a pic of the claim check, too. Thank you all!
I liked the ease and convenience of making a reservation and paying online. It was easy to park to find a spot and park. We like how the shuttle is usually right there ready to pick us up at our parking stall. The shuttle is usually there at the airport upon our return,.

I drive in from Erie, PA to fly out of Cleveland. As soon as I make my reservations to fly I contact you to get my parking reservation in. It’s convenient that a driver is always there to pick you up by the time you get out of your car and very helpful. And I’ve never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes for a shuttle to return to the parking lot.
