This service was very convenient and reasonably priced. Very helpful people. I left my phone in the car and they turned around so I could grab it before going on my vacation. When you get back, you just send them a text and they pick you right up and have your car ready to go. Great company!!!

my trip to the airport was quick. the shuttle was clean and comfortable. my only complaint: the ticket i received when i boarded the shuttle to the airport stated to be at door N-5 for the shuttle back to park n fly plus. i waited an hour for a shuttle, called and was told to go to door LN-1!

Quick easy

Someone came to greet me when I arrived, and it was 5:00 am! This was my first time using Park'nFly and I appreciated that he helped me scan the code on my phone and told me where to park. I also like that the van picked me up at my car.

Quick and easy. The only thing that was irritating was that my family and me were the first ones at the pickup point and I made the request for a pickup. After that, about 20 others showed up. When the bus came, everyone rushed to the bus and we ended up towards the end of the line and almost didn’t get on. It would be nice if you could make a list of requests for pickup for the driver in order of request for pickup time. The driver could then call out the names of who he is supposed to pick up. If you don’t make a pickup request, you get on the bus on a space available basis.
