Only problem while coming back, the shuttle took too long to come to the airport. The shuttle frequency is very low. This needs to improve. The Parking Spot has many shuttles coming every five minutes.

Everything went great from making the reservation to check in to check out. Both transportation gentleman were nice, courteous and helped load our luggage. As we drove in the lot the pick up bus was right behind us and then when we got back they were atvthe airport within 5 minutes of calling. Both our flights were super early in the morning. We will definitely use them again.

First time there. Lot was packed but found a spot. Shuttle was right there. Waited less than 5 minutes for return ride. Check out was confusing as I had prepaid and machine said I owed $172. Attendant fixed the error quickly. Will be back in July.
