It was easy to make a reservation online. A shuttle picked us up as soon as we parked and got us to the terminal quickly. Upon our return, I was going to summon a shuttle with the app, but there was already one at the terminal that took us straight to our car. Great service!!

The fact that some is there if there’s a problem. I think that they should have a bus waiting for every flight they service so that customers don’t have to wait 15-30 minutes for pick ups.

The shuttle is always timely. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I hae found Park 'N Fly to provide very efficient service, which is what I am looking for when I travel.

On June 2 I was particularly impressed with the service provided by our bus driver, Richard Abbott, who was very helpful getting our bags on and off the bus, delivered us quickly from the terminal to the Park 'N Fly facility near Bradley Airport, and then -- without our asking -- carried the bags over to our car and put them in the back. After a long day of travel, his help was greatly appreciated.
