Pros: Great shuttle service. Easy access and easy to find from Highway. Courteous employees.

Cons: Long walk, plus airport tram to and from terminal. Make sure the customers know to go to Off Terminal Shuttles (close to Light Rail).

It was nice to leave the car there and get a ride to the airport. When I got back from my trip it was very easy to get the bus to the airport!!

I like that the shuttle is normally very reliable; however, lately I’ve had to walk down from my parking spot since I had to wait a little longer than I’m comfortable with. Are you short on drivers?

I was bragging on the rapid shuttle from airport to lot to my coworkers who were stuck over 30 minutes waiting on their own ride back to the lot they used. Also the ability to get car serviced or detailed while it is on your premises was a high appeal to another coworker. I couldn’t speak higher of the offerings of services and the superb shuttle services I always receive. Thank you so much for all you and your staff do.
