Very friendly and reliable

The staff really tries hard to provide excellent service. the Shuttle drivers and, especially, the valet staff in the evenings when I get home and pick up my car really go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Your emphasis on continuously improving customer service is palpable.

We were really happy with Park 'N Fly, but there were some things which weren't communicated which might help:

- when you arrive, park wherever you can find a space then get out of your car and wait by it. The bus will find you and pick you up. (This wasn't great for us as it was pouring with rain, but the wait wasn't long)
- the bus driver will give you a card with your space number on it. KEEP THIS CARD. You'll give it to the driver when you come back and they will bring your right to your space.
- when you return, the bus will be downstairs from the baggage claim area. We didn't need to call or text to be picked up, the busses regularly come down there. Just look for the right bus.
- staff are very pleasant and helpful
- on your way out of the parking lot there is a touchless car wash you can go through. It's free, just enter the code posted next to the keypad, or you can pay for an upgrade if you wish.
- don't lose your confirmation email, it has a code you have to scan on your way in and out.

Parking your car isn't cheap anywhere, but the bus ride was short, the service good and the whole deal easy to use. We will definitely go again.
