They are always so prompt. They are usually there before I even get out of my car. When I get to the pick up at the airport, there is always a bus waiting for pickup. I never have to wait.

I'm able to retain my car key. The shuttle arrives in a timely manner. The only thing I didn't like is I parked outdoors and someone parking next to me put a nice ding in my door. No fault of yours. I just don't particularly like close parking spaces for that reason.

Getting dropped off right at the airport entrances.
The pricing is very reasonable compared to using the airport ramps.
