They are always so prompt. They are usually there before I even get out of my car. When I get to the pick up at the airport, there is always a bus waiting for pickup. I never have to wait.

I'm able to retain my car key. The shuttle arrives in a timely manner. The only thing I didn't like is I parked outdoors and someone parking next to me put a nice ding in my door. No fault of yours. I just don't particularly like close parking spaces for that reason.

It was very easy to reserve online.. smoothly entered the lot by scanning the provided QR code and was greeted by a friendly Park n Fly associate ( friendly at 4:15 am!!) who directed me as to where to park. The shuttle came to my car nearly as quickly as I had parked. Again, wonderful driver who was friendly and helpful. On my return trip, what a delight to be picked up promptly at Cleveland Hopkins and greeted by a friendly driver who was also helpful and personable. Checking out was equally easy with the provided code and *bonus*, I was offered a cold bottled water!! Thank you!
