The parking process when we arrived was very simple but I would have liked to know I needed my QR code at arrival because the email said only while exiting.
Also, we had to wait a long while for the shuttle after landed and we followed the instructions to text as we got our bags. It was hard to entertain a toddler for the 20-30 minutes we were waiting for a shuttle.

Ease of use. Promptly taken to the airport upon arrival. Short wait for shuttle back to lot with car running and ready to go on return after texting ticket number.
