Super experience! It was very easy to go online to register for parking space. Could have Printed out the reservation but this time I used my phone as Park N Fly sent me a text with a link to scan and open the entry bar. A Convenient 2nd row spot was available when I arrived. The shuttle bus was there literally before I had a chance to get my bags and get out of the car. Friendly staff made it a pleasure that morning to board. Instructions and a card reminding me where I was parked for the return was appreciated and used. And to top it off, I had a text from Park N Fly to press the link to let them know I was back in town. The shuttle bus arrived at Bus station 5 as I was walking out from my return plane to Cleveland. The bus had good seating and seat belts and was clean. And again there was a friendly bus driver. Henry. Everyone there is nice, but Henry stands out. I travel 365 days,so I encounter a lot of people in the hospitality industries around the world. Henry is one of a select few that consistently remembers me (even with a mask), and greets me like a family member. (I don't know him outside PNF.) He treats your regular customers right.
Everything else was fine, with reasonably frequent shuttles,driven safely. A kind man at check in.

The ease and convenience of you location, the kindness and assistance of your employees, and the affordable price. Your drivers were helpful upon entering the gate and immediately took my luggage to board the bus. Being dropped at my gate then picked up at my gate upon arrival made my experience perfect. Upon exiting the lot I was greeted by Coco. She is a jewel. She offered me a bottle of water and welcomed me back to Texas with a smile and friendly conversation. She was the cherry on top of an already excellent experience! Thank you to everyone involved. I will recommend your services to everyone and look forward to utilizing your services in the future.
