It is very convenient and never have to wait for a shuttle.

We have been loyal customers from the very beginning. We especially like the 40% and
50% off sales that occur pretty frequently. The shuttle buses are clean and operate frequently from the parking lot to the airport and back. As we are older, we appreciate the extra service of the shuttle drivers who load and unload our luggage. We always provide a gratuity for their help. We do miss the small cold water bottles that were offered in the early days. This was a pleasant benefit either on the way to the airport or after a flight back to Denver. In short, Park DIA is a class act and we enjoy being customers of this operation.

The location is great and usually we can get a space there with a reservation. Most of the time shuttle vans are readily available, but on a few occasions we've had to wait a long time both in the parking lot and at the airport.
