I like the frequent half price sales, ease of reserving, ease of arrival/entry, generally quick pickup from the parking lot - I feel confident in the time I book myself to get to the airport. Also the drivers are usually nice and helpful. What I do NOT like (in case there will not be a next question) is how often there is a HUGE line and very long wait for the shuttle on the airport end to get back to my car. And I can’t find the map in the app anymore that shows where the shuttles are.

Shuttles have been running more frequently earlier in the morning so there is little delay. Short ride to the airport from the shuttle lot.
