The convenience of being picked up at my car and the service provided by the drivers is great! Everyone was very professional and helpful. My only complaint was the woman at the front of the lot when we got there. She was sitting on a golf cart and just motioned me to drive up to her-past the entrance. She then proceeded to look at my reservation without getting up and then told me to back up so I could proceed into the lot. She had no intention of getting up or coming over to me. Perhaps there was a reason but it was not very professional.

On our return trip to Houston on June 12, 2023 around 5 pm we waited over 30 minutes to be picked up at terminal C. We saw at least 20 Spot vans, 10 Eco Park, and several for the other parking services in that time. When the van came it could not accommodate all the customers waiting. We made it on the first van, but others were going to be waiting longer. Upon returning to the parking area there were many shuttle vans sitting there not in service. You need to staff up for rush hour at the airport. This was our first not so good experience with PNF.
