I like that your staff is friendly, the lot is cheerful and not creepy looking. The only issue I've had was the shuttle had no AC on a 90+ degree day after a long flight. I recommend Park N Fly to all my friends and relatives who use Midway.

Prompt and friendly

The service was prompt and courteous. I had left something at the dropoff point and they had the next driver bring it right to me. I did not have to wait very long for the pickup and it brought me right to my car.

Wry economical and good location

Quick and easy online reservations and if plans change, no hassle in making changes or even cancellations. I've been a member since 2010 and would park nowhere else. Staff are helpful and friendly, pick up and drop off are prompt with very courteous drivers.

Great service and price. When we arrived home we requested a pickup from Miami
airport. Wait time was less then minutes. Driver was helpful with luggage and great customer service. Our car was waiting for us when we arrived at Park & Fly. No waiting around.

I like that the shuttle picks me up and drops me off right at my car.. I like that it's easy to get into and out of the parking lot with my phone.. I like that I have never had to wait on a shuttle, either in the parking lot or at the airport when I return. The drivers and the attendants have all been friendly.. The free car wash is pretty good as well..

The only thing to improve would be a slight improvement in the cost. Chicago Midway charges $15 a day to park. After taxes and fees at ParknFly, it came out to the same amount.

The staff from the entrance booth to the shuttle seem really nice to and from the airport. The car wash is a really nice touch. I think park n fly is the go to parking lot for all my trips.
