It was a revelation since I had never used it before. Price-wise it was very reasonable and the service by the employees outstanding.

Very convenient! I like the shuttle service and the staff is super friendly. This makes travel less stressful, knowing we have a parking space available and don't have to drive around Atlanta Airport to find a space.

We've used ParkDIA at least a dozen times over the years and love it. The only thing I would say is that this last time, the wait time to board a shuttle to go to the airport was really long. Like maybe 10-15 mins? This made us all nervous as we know how crazy security at DIA can be. We've always gotten right on a shuttle before, so this was surprising. There was a shuttle down the row that was empty and just sitting there NOT picking us up until it finally came and did. :(

Getting a ParkDIA shuttle back to the lot from vacation has been a wait often but I don't worry about it because we're not usually in a hurry to get back. HOWEVER, having it take another 15-20+ minutes after you park your car to get to the airport may have us rethinking our parking plans and companies in the future.

Our flight was late getting in and we were so excited when the bus was there to pick us up. The driver was on point, she kept having to re-arrange luggage since other passengers had very large suitcases. She managed to get all the luggage (since several other passengers had children with car seats and strollers) and passengers on the bus. It was fast and quick.

Efficient

convenient, painless service people friendly, BUT on exiting I was lost in berea for 20 minutes trying to find 271 at 12:30 AM, not EVERYONE uses or wants GPS, so, attendants should say, "Do you know how to get to the highway from here" then give proper directions Foreigners and out of owners do not know where they and may not have GPS. Im one of them. Otherwise perfect all round

Amber helped me out big time when I messed up with a reservation then getting a ticket at the gate. Nigel drove me to the airport was super pleasant and helpful and Rinh drove me back when I landed and told me exactly how to use my reservation code to leave. Easy and quick

Very Helpful! I had lost my reservation email and the nice lady was able to quickly resend it to me so I could gain access to my reservation. The drivers were Johnny on the spot and I never had to wait more than a minute to be picked up at my car and again at the airport. Very helpful with loading luggage as well. Thanks!!
