Usually very prompt. Especially when I land at msp and use the come get me feature. I never wait more than a couple minutes on e I get to the pickup location.

Very quick and efficient service. Bus showed up to drive me to the airport and drive me back when I landed very quickly.

We had valet service. Our car was ready and waiting for us. The shuttle just happened to be waiting as soon as we got our bags. The employees were all polite and helpful

We got back in town late from our travel (11pm) and the park & ride shuttle driver was so nice and helpful. So were the staff leaving the parking lot that assisted us with paying. Highly recommend!

The covered parking is great! Buses run regularly. We didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle to the airport, as well as our return shuttle from the airport.
