On this trip, a light was left on in the car and my battery was completely dead. I really appreciated that my driver spent time jumping my car and helping me get on the road at midnight!

Easy to get into lot . Actual employees were there . The shuttle took me to my hotel instead of the airport because I had an early flight . I really appreciated this and they were very friendly and courteous.
When we returned after our trip , I didn’t have to call park and fly . They texted me hours before I landed .
We exchanged texts and before I knew it , we had a shuttle .
I will never use anyone else , you have earned a customer for life !! Thank You!

I was disappointed your price went up by about $50.00 from last year. The gentlemen who drove us to and from the airport were great. We did have about a 15 minute wait at the airport for pick-up. I saw your van outside as soon as I got to the luggage area so I figured that was the reason. We have been using your valet service since 2008.

This was the second time we used your services for our family and we were very pleased how things worked out and how your personnel was helpful throughout the all process when we drop our cars as well as when we returned from our trip

Everything went so smoothly. It was so easy to park our car, take the shuttle, and get picked up from the airport and then get dropped off in front of our car. For the cherry on top - we were offered a water bottle by the cashier when we were leaving. Just what we wanted after our trip. It was so good I almost don’t want to tell other people about it. Definitely will use park and fly again.

Convenient location, quick service to and from airport, helpful drivers. Only negative is unexpected extra charges not disclosed with daily rate. Fuel surcharge makes sense, but other fees weren’t explained and really added a lot to the total.

I don't have to wait for a transport when I arrived, followed in and taken out. This trip I just happend to exit the terminal when the van was driving past, flagged him down and got back quickly. As a senior I really appreciate the help with lugges as I take my time with the bus steps. Great crew there. Thanks.
