The gentleman picking us up at the airport was extremely polite and courteous and as my husband and I got on the wrong bus he went out of his way to bring us to the valet section to pick up our car.
We will DEFINITELY use Park and Fly when we travel again. Facility was well maintained and
clean. All employees were very kind and accommodating.

I like Park ‘N Fly because it’s quick, easy and effective. It’s only 5 minutes away from airport. Shuttles always running like clockwork, free car wash and it’s affordable.

Had an issue with my reservation, but staff was able to assist and correct. At CLE, would be nice to have the scanners operational to scan QR codes.
