Love the help when you first arrive with the barcode at the gate. Then how the shuttle picks you up at the car and helps you with baggage. Likewise, the pick up back, help with bags and off the shuttle bus. I prefer this service over the economy lot

Faster and frenly
Park'N'Fly Midway Chicago is a well oiled machine! Every employee I came in contact with was very professional and personable. The location is very secure. The process is extremely efficient. From being picked up by the shuttle van right in front of my car, to the driver storing the luggage, and then giving a card with my location. On the return trip, using the app to text the driver, the speediness of the pick up, to the drop off in front of my car, and the driver placing the luggage in my trunk. I must say that I am not a fan of Midway Airport, but I look forward to my experience with Park'N'Fly Midway Chicago!

Great customer service at 4:00am is unheard of but it is what you get here. The driver's are amazing. Love parking here. It is a bit pricey but I enjoy parking here
Both Kelly and Rinh helped me with a problem that was my fault. I had a ticket and I lost it but I had paid for parking. Long story short Kelly would not give up until she found my ticket. Kelly even apologized because it took about 5-10 minutes. She's apologizing because it's taken a few minutes to find my ticket on the computer. If I hadn't lost the ticket their would be no problem. I thanked her for finding the ticket and was on my way. With employees like these if their should be a problem I know it will be fixed and they will fix it with a smile.
