We have always had speedy, reliable service. This time everything was very good as usual except the driver made no attempt to help us bring our luggage on the bus. Also we had a difficult time exiting the lot because the scanner at two different exit lanes would not read our code, so we had to go through the lane that had a person in the building.

We started with and used your competitor across the street for several years, then noticed that their van service became less frequent, once to the point of frustrating inconvenience. Someone suggested we try your service and you have just been great.
I suspect all of you compete hard both on price, service and facility. This last trip was just another example of just how well you do this. The drivers are competent and helpful, the van was waiting for us. I can't imagine how anyone else could do better.
We don't fly that often, We DID find the scanners for entry to be stubborn; do please make sure the directions are obvious and the scanners are working properly. Happily, one of your staff was there quickly to get us in. Obviously that's a simple maintenance item and as well as everything else works I have no doubt that will be taken care of.

Easy to use

Simple, straightforward

Location was easy to find. It was a very quick process to drop off the car. The shuttle picked is up promptly after we landed and our car was ready waiting for us when we arrived. Highly recommend.

Great drivers, great service. No problems at all

Easy to move through the website to make reservations. When arriving the wait time to be picked up is less than 5 minutes. Very prompt and the drivers are friendly and helpful with luggage and answering all questions in a informative way. I give them 5 🌟.

Everything from when we dropped off our car, got dropped off and picked up from the airport to when we drove off the parking lot was perfect. I had not expected this and the fact that everything can be done with just a text on the phone shows that you know what you are doing. I will always use Park N Fly if available.

Shuttle is almost always there quickly when I arrive & park. Almost every driver is helpful with suitcases and always friendly and professional. I've ridden with Ray several times and he is great! Always says "Welcome home" when he picks us up at the terminal. And he always grabs the bags for us.
